Frozen Shipment Return Policy:

 

Apple Valley can NOT guarantee the frozen temperature when being shipped based on weather conditions and when the customer receives the product.

 

Unless the customers specifically pays for overnight delivery in less then 24 hours we will NOT offer returns on any frozen products.

Online 24/7 but to speak to someone on the phone, please call during the following Hours:

 

Monday – Friday	9 am to 3 pm EST
Saturday & Sunday	Closed
We try to respond to all emails within one business day.

 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING & HANDLING NOTICE

We try to fullfill all orders within a 2-3 day window. 

There are circumstances that could affect this such as products being out of stock or individuals missing a day of work.

We thank you for your understanding.

We currently only ship within the United States.

 

FROZEN ORDERS

Frozen orders will only be shipped on Monday or Tuesday to avoid the possibly of the order getting stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. 

All frozen orders will be shipped separately from all dry goods and canned products.

When placing a frozen order please place a minimum order of $50.00 worth of frozen product. 

All Frozen products will be shipped in a box that includes insulation and ice packs.

We will not be shipping using dry ice in any order for safety reasons.

Because of not using dry ice we will be limited with the locations we can ship to.
